Fines for Failing to Comply

Woolwich Healthy Homes Compliance Timeframes

Tenancies established beginning on 1 July 2019 to 30 , June 20,21

  • Ceiling and underfloor insulation is mandatory throughout Woolwich and New Zealand rental houses where it’s reasonably practicable to install.
